Everything built on concrete inherits whatever the concrete got wrong. We pour garage slabs, shop and barn pads, foundations and slabs for additions — base compacted, steel in, poured flat and on grade in one operation so the slab works as one piece. East Tennessee does not do flat, so a good part of the job is getting you something level to build on before any concrete moves.
Compacted base, reinforcement sized to what the slab will carry, poured and finished in one pass.
Pads for detached garages, workshops and metal buildings — square and level, so what lands on top goes up without a fight.
We pour the slab the framers show up to. If your builder needs a date, we give you one we can keep.

Mesh or rebar sized to what the slab will actually carry, tied and set before the truck ever shows up.

Pour and finish
Poured, screeded, floated and finished in one operation — broom, smooth or stamped — with the joints cut so the cracks land where we put them.

Cure and walkthrough
We tell you straight when you can walk on it and when you can drive on it, clean up the site, and walk the finished job with you.
